Wei Xia received his B.S. degree from Peking University in 2006 and Ph.D. degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2011. From 2011 to 2014, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and Children’s Hospital Boston. His research interests include the structure and function of metalloproteins and the mechanism of antibacterial and anticancer action of metal complexes. He has published more than 30 scientific papers in international journals.
